In the presence of the members of Sfax International, the ANIMA team and GIZ organized working sessions on May 4, 5 and 6, 2021.The aim of these workshops is to set up an action plan for the services of Sfax International by using collective intelligence methods to ensure the smooth running of work such as the issue tree, post-it walls, prioritization and digital tools such as the Klaxoon platform.
The objectives of these workshops were:
1. The deployment of a territorial marketing action through participation in an international promotional event.
2. The identification of regional economic promotion organizations and networks at the international level that would develop partnerships with SI, and the formalization of a partnership.
3. The participation of a delegation of companies led by SI on a B2B transaction.
